TrendyPak Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At TrendyPak, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right!


1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Request a return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: Provide your order number, invoice, or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Earrings, hair accessories, or pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items.

Damaged During Shipping?

  • Contact the delivery partner within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Email us photos of the damaged item and packaging at trendypakstore@gmail.com.


2. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email trendypakstore@gmail.com or WhatsApp/Call +92 300 9823362 with:

    • Your order number.

    • Item(s) you want to return.

    • Reason for return.

Step 2: Pack Your Item

  • Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Include all tags, labels, and a copy of your invoice.

Step 3: Ship It Back

  • Return Address:

    • For Rawalpindi Customers:
      TrendyPak Returns Department, Rania Mall Saddar, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

    • For Karachi Customers:
      TrendyPak Returns Department, Malir, Karachi, Pakistan.

  • Shipping:

    • You pay return shipping fees.

    • Use a tracked service (e.g., TCS, Leopards) and keep the tracking number.


3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refund Method:

    • Original payment method (credit/debit card, mobile wallets).

    • For cash-on-delivery orders: Bank transfer or store credit.

  • Partial Refunds: Issued if items are returned used, damaged, or missing parts.


4. Exchanges

  • Stock Availability: Exchanges depend on product availability. Contact us first to confirm.

  • Process:

    • Follow the return steps above.

    • Specify the replacement item (size/color) in your request.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • You cover return shipping.

    • We cover reshipping if the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).


5. Important Notes

  • Lost Returns: We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit. Always use tracked shipping.

  • Late Returns: Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
